Processing Order
Placing an order is an easy procedure. You can place your order by:

For First order, you should fax or e-mail below information along with your order:
- Complete Shipping , billing address and contact information
- Name of Owner(S)
- 9 digit federal tax information for US customers and Business number for Canadian customers
Custom Order
Please e-mail the pictures or specification with order quantity to sales1@bethelin.com or call at 9054776155 ext. 224 or 226. The delivery time can be 12-14 weeks approximately after receipt of 50% deposit. Custom orders’ deposits are not refundable.
Container’s Order
We offer container merchandise for high volume orders with a high discount directly to our customers.
Terms of Credit
All orders are COD except those accounts that their credits terms are approved. You can contact our accounting department by e-mail to account@bethelin.com or call 905-477-6155 ext.222 for any accounting matters.
Return Policy
When you receive the merchandise in your place you should inspect the boxes carefully and if there is a clear damage on the box you should write on Bill of Lading of the carrier company or in worst case refuse in shipment. You can e-mail the descriptions of damaged with attached related pictures
Shipping/Delivery

Pickup
You can only pickup merchandise at our Markham Showroom/Warehouse everyday Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You should call before pickup and confirm with our shipping department.
